Smooth and seamless process

This was my first experience buying an off-plan property and that too as an ex-pat. The whole process seemed very daunting and confusing however I must acknowledge that the Ezytrac team and in particular Caroline Bevis made it as simple as possible. Caroline was absolutely professional in the way she handled the whole process from initial deposit through to completion. She kept me fully updated and remained very responsive to each and every query that I had. I have no hesitation in recommending Caroline and the Ezytrac team to anyone looking to purchase a property in the UK and will surely be using them for my future purchases.

When I moved to Baroque Gardens in August 2016, I expected to be in for a rough ride.
The agent responsible for the initial part of the rental process was Crest Residential and they took a long time to sort each step from the offer to the signature of the agreement, making for a very stressful move.
As soon as Ezytrac took over, though, everything was dealt with utmost efficiency and professionalism.
During the first part of my tenancy, property coordinator Machaela was my first point of contact at EzyTrac, who handled my initial questions always answering to my e-mails promptly and politely.
I stayed almost two years in that property and during that time I never had any problem with EzyTrac whatsoever.
When I decided to move on, lettings coordinator Sarah took me through all the steps of ending the tenancy, making for a smooth and easy transition.

During my last month at the property, when the property was put back of the market, a reasonable number of viewings were scheduled at sensible times. The agents showing the property were friendly and quick causing almost no inconvenience.

The inventory check-out was fair and the rent deposit was returned on time with reasonable pre-agreed deductions.
Overall, working with EzyTrac was a very positive experience and I reassure that moving to a property managed by them will result in a straight forward and peaceful tenancy.

I can rely on

I have been working with Gladfish for years now, and I have to say, I have never looked back. I would recommend them to anyone, from first-time investors to seasoned investment professionals. I started off as a very nervous first-time buyer back in 2012, and over the last few years, their property consultant has helped me develop my confidence and knowledge in property investment by being a huge support. They are friendly, professional and approachable, but most importantly, passionate about what they do which is what I believe distinguishes Gladfish from other companies. Property Consultants always have time for their clients, on occasions, I have been known to call them up at 10 pm at night with questions about an upcoming property purchase! Diligent kept in touch throughout the whole process

Sandie was very responsive from the outset and helpfully suggested ways in which we could perhaps unblock the sink/ pipes ourselves. In the end, this wasn't possible, and so Sandie arranged for a contractor to unblock the pipes and diligently kept in touch throughout the whole process. Sandie was very clear and her tone was professional from the word go. We were very happy with the service.
