Gladfish indeed did a great job. It's not my first buy-to-let property when I met them the first time, but I've learned the fundamentals of being a property investor from them. The whole purchase process exciting and painless. The team was very relaxed (which made me relax) but responsive to my questions. Great!

What I liked about the Gladfish experience is that everything was made very clear from the start. The whole journey was mapped out. Everything was exactly 'what it said on the tin'. There were no unexpected surprises.

Before we came into contact with Gladfish we already owned three properties in addition to our own home. We have learned that we were not working to any sort of plan but were hoping for the best and working through problems as they arose. We didn't like the idea of paying large up-front fees, nor of developing a portfolio so quickly, or indeed of paying £2000 for attending seminars on how to build up a successful portfolio. We came across Gladfish on the internet. There was something refreshingly different about Brett's philosophy. Instead of "the big sell", he was interested in developing the investor's knowledge of how to become successful in property development. Gladfish enables clients to develop their portfolio gradually and more importantly "cash flowed" to reduce possible problems at a later stage. Brett and the team have assisted us to develop a £1.4 million portfolio both here and in Spain and have assisted with any snags as they invariably crop up.
