When I moved to Baroque Gardens in August 2016, I expected to be in for a rough ride.
The agent responsible for the initial part of the rental process was Crest Residential and they took a long time to sort each step from the offer to the signature of the agreement, making for a very stressful move.
As soon as Ezytrac took over, though, everything was dealt with utmost efficiency and professionalism.
During the first part of my tenancy, property coordinator Machaela was my first point of contact at EzyTrac, who handled my initial questions always answering to my e-mails promptly and politely.

The inventory check-out was fair and the rent deposit was returned on time with reasonable pre-agreed deductions.

What I liked about the Gladfish experience is that everything was made very clear from the start. The whole journey was mapped out. Everything was exactly 'what it said on the tin'. There were no unexpected surprises.

There was a very VERY long email trail us being passed from one person to another but eventually, Holly ensured the correct people for the job were finally contacted and set up the appointment immediately. Successful in property development

We didn't like the idea of paying large up-front fees, nor of developing a portfolio so quickly, or indeed of paying £2000 for attending seminars on how to build up a successful portfolio. We came across Gladfish on the internet. There was something refreshingly different about Brett's philosophy. Instead of "the big sell", he was interested in developing the investor's knowledge of how to become successful in property development. Gladfish enables clients to develop their portfolio gradually and more importantly "cash flowed" to reduce possible problems at a later stage. Brett and the team have assisted us to develop a £1.4 million portfolio both here and in Spain and have assisted with any snags as they invariably crop up.

Smooth and seamless process

This was my first experience buying an off-plan property and that too as an ex-pat. The whole process seemed very daunting and confusing however I must acknowledge that the Ezytrac team and in particular Caroline Bevis made it as simple as possible. Caroline was absolutely professional in the way she handled the whole process from initial deposit through to completion. She kept me fully updated and remained very responsive to each and every query that I had.
