Interest Rates are rising are you in a position to survive through this phase?
We are getting more and more landlords needed strategy and reviews or just reassurance through this period. A number in particular have struggled to with the Cladding debacle stopping them from remortgaging or selling and now with the interest rates increasing and in many cases mortgages turning to standard variable mortgages they have seen their payment dwindle and turn negative.
