Welcome to our Vision

It started with a simple idea.

What if anyone could create wealth, fund their retirement and live the lifestyle they always aspired to by following a simple plan?

The 3+1 Plan was born. A plan that could change your world.

It was a plan based on the belief that anyone could build a property portfolio, in the process creating a pension worthy of retirement and a lifestyle affording the freedom and choices we all strive for.

Since the late 90’s this has been my vision: a simple idea that today has helped countless people to clear a path to a better life. I’ve always said Gladfish is a lifestyle business and the product we sell is property and it’s still true to this day.

It’s been a humbling experience to be part of the growth of the group since 2004. In 2018 we're in our 14th year in business; fourteen years on and we are positioned for expansion into a number of different markets & products. All the while changing more lives.

Successful in property development

We didn't like the idea of paying large up-front fees, nor of developing a portfolio so quickly, or indeed of paying £2000 for attending seminars on how to build up a successful portfolio. We came across Gladfish on the internet. There was something refreshingly different about Brett's philosophy. Instead of "the big sell", he was interested in developing the investor's knowledge of how to become successful in property development. Gladfish enables clients to develop their portfolio gradually and more importantly "cash flowed" to reduce possible problems at a later stage. Brett and the team have assisted us to develop a £1.4 million portfolio both here and in Spain and have assisted with any snags as they invariably crop up.

Team works at your pace and is not pushy

James at Gladfish was really supportive. He took an interest and really listened to our needs. He had a really good knowledge of how things worked and put our mind at rest by answering all of our questions. The team works at your pace is not pushy and seek to provide you with all the information you need to make a balanced decision. Far less stressful to be guided

Before we came into contact with Gladfish we already owned three properties in addition to our own home. We have learned that we were not working to any sort of plan but were hoping for the best and working through problems as they arose.
