It started with a simple idea.

The 3+1 Plan was born. A plan that could change your world.
It was a plan based on the belief that anyone could build a property portfolio, in the process creating a pension worthy of retirement and a lifestyle affording the freedom and choices we all strive for.
Since the late 90’s this has been my vision: a simple idea that today has helped countless people to clear a path to a better life. I’ve always said Gladfish is a lifestyle business and the product we sell is property and it’s still true to this day.
It’s been a humbling experience to be part of the growth of the group since 2004. In 2018 we're in our 14th year in business; fourteen years on and we are positioned for expansion into a number of different markets & products. All the while changing more lives.

Wish I kick started working with them earlier
I started working with Gladfish in April-2016. I was allocated Ryan as the account manager. He is absolutely brilliant. I was looking for someone that I could trust to give me the correct advise and help me fast track into property investment. Ryan excelled at this. He was also very accommodating of my working hours, and we've had several calls after 8 pm. I have no regrets working with Gladfish. I only wish I kick-started working with them earlier.

I didn't feel pressured
Introduced to the team by Neelam, who was professional at the outset. I didn’t feel pressured. I was invited to their London office and got to meet the Associate Director Dan, who was fantastic in giving an overview of the property cycle ..... coming up with a clear strategy based on personal need and financial circumstances. Their upfront sourcing fee does seem expensive but it’s easily offset by the discounts and expertise they bring to the table. I found Gladfish as a professional outfit and worth my long trip from North to London and now find myself as a keenly interested property investor.
Sharon is a great person to work with. She communicates regularly and has kept me informed of the progress of my property exchange/completion. Ezytrac is good at this and also at providing regular monthly statements, invoicing, and reporting for billing purposes. Makes my job easier as a landlord.
