Keep everything simple
Our circumstances were a bit different. I am Australian and Mike is English, our ideal lifestyle is to spend time in both countries. Gladfish helped us to be aware of our needs and mapped out a plan that involved building a portfolio large enough for Mike to leave work. I am happy to say that we have achieved this. The best thing about working with Gladfish is that they keep everything very simple but at the same time does not deviate from the principles. I can rely on
I have been working with Gladfish for years now, and I have to say, I have never looked back. I would recommend them to anyone, from first-time investors to seasoned investment professionals. Wish I kick started working with them earlier
I started working with Gladfish in April-2016. I was allocated Ryan as the account manager. He is absolutely brilliant. I was looking for someone that I could trust to give me the correct advise and help me fast track into property investment. Ryan excelled at this. Successful in property development
We didn't like the idea of paying large up-front fees, nor of developing a portfolio so quickly, or indeed of paying £2000 for attending seminars on how to build up a successful portfolio. We came across Gladfish on the internet. There was something refreshingly different about Brett's philosophy. Instead of "the big sell", he was interested in developing the investor's knowledge of how to become successful in property development. Gladfish enables clients to develop their portfolio gradually and more importantly "cash flowed" to reduce possible problems at a later stage. Brett and the team have assisted us to develop a £1.4 million portfolio both here and in Spain and have assisted with any snags as they invariably crop up.

I didn't feel pressured
Introduced to the team by Neelam, who was professional at the outset. I didn’t feel pressured. I was invited to their London office and got to meet the Associate Director Dan, who was fantastic in giving an overview of the property cycle ..... coming up with a clear strategy based on personal need and financial circumstances. Their upfront sourcing fee does seem expensive but it’s easily offset by the discounts and expertise they bring to the table. I found Gladfish as a professional outfit and worth my long trip from North to London and now find myself as a keenly interested property investor.

The information we received regarding our queries to invest in the UK, was outstanding and went beyond our expectation. The time spent over the phone to understand out requirements was more than enough for us to understand the nature of the investment. All emails were informative and the attachments were great.
