Loan Notes

Loan Notes are a relatively new way that the mass market can invest in various investments. We mainly focus on the property development and planning gain side of things. A Loan Note is effectively an IOU from the lender to you.

With the opening up of the market through crowdfunding Loan Notes have become more and more popular. However, you still have to consider the underlying investment.

Development Funding
