Just wanted to discuss today about effortless property management done for you and what that means. So there's two elements to it, okay. So the first one is done for you. By far, the majority of our landlords are busy doing other stuff. They're busy with their lives, they're busy with their careers, their families, whatever it is. So the whole idea behind done for you is that we do everything for them. Every service we provide takes away the stress and the worry from an investor.
And I think that's one of the key concepts here is that we are there to take the hassle away and, really, the effortless side of the effortless property management, property investment, done for you. The effortless element is that's had the experience they should have, okay. So the two elements would be the effortless is the emotional side of the service we provide. And the done for you is the logical or the process side view.
So, in other words, we're covering both angles. So the whole experience should be effortless or my bigger principle, which is what I call set and forget, okay. That clients should be able to set it up in order to forget about it on a day-to-day basis. These are the high level concepts that I really want to get into your heads because the thing is, is he might see you sitting there saying, "Oh, that's all great. Yeah, that's wonderful and I'm sure we'll do that. And you know, you're good." But really what I'm keen to do is get you guys really internalising. So when you're sitting there at your computer and going, "Should I send this long winded email to try and explain a concept?"
Or should I just pick up the phone that you know, that you should pick up the phone. Okay. Because you know, you're going to be able to have conversation, explain it to them and it's done. Done and that's the end, rather than them having to come backwards and forwards. All right.
So that really is the key in under two minutes for effortless property management effortlessly done for you. Okay. Or property investment effortlessly done for you. It's the same concept whichever company you worked for. Okay. So that's key and I really want you to internalise that. We'll discuss it a lot more, but that's sort of the headline for you. All right?
