As an overseas investor, despite the distance, I am still looking for that human touch to the transactions. In Neelam and Sharon I got that and more. My knowledge has vastly grown in working with them. I don't think of Brett as a Property Consultant. I think of him more as a friend who I can trust to look after my interests. As for results well, I've almost reached the million pounds mark in my portfolio, not bad for a couple from Glasgow.

Far less stressful to be guided

Before we came into contact with Gladfish we already owned three properties in addition to our own home. We have learned that we were not working to any sort of plan but were hoping for the best and working through problems as they arose. Since working with Gladfish, we have now bought two buy-to-let properties with them. Importantly, we know where the money is coming from and where it is going to in advance. We find it far less stressful to be guided by the team that Brett has. My wife Fiona often remarks "if only we had found Gladfish sooner."

Wish I kick started working with them earlier

I started working with Gladfish in April-2016. I was allocated Ryan as the account manager. He is absolutely brilliant. I was looking for someone that I could trust to give me the correct advise and help me fast track into property investment. Ryan excelled at this. He was also very accommodating of my working hours, and we've had several calls after 8 pm. I have no regrets working with Gladfish. I only wish I kick-started working with them earlier.

They’ve also had a good deal all over the country to suit every specific circumstance. What I like the most of Gladfish strategy is the “set and forget” at the conditions it gets set right from the beginning. I would like to recommend Ryan as he is my main point of contact.
