What I liked about the Gladfish experience is that everything was made very clear from the start. The whole journey was mapped out. Everything was exactly 'what it said on the tin'. There were no unexpected surprises.

Everything was dealt with utmost efficiency and professionalism.

When I moved to Baroque Gardens in August 2016, I expected to be in for a rough ride.
The agent responsible for the initial part of the rental process was Crest Residential and they took a long time to sort each step from the offer to the signature of the agreement, making for a very stressful move.
As soon as Ezytrac took over, though, everything was dealt with utmost efficiency and professionalism.
During the first part of my tenancy, property coordinator Machaela was my first point of contact at EzyTrac, who handled my initial questions always answering to my e-mails promptly and politely.
I stayed almost two years in that property and during that time I never had any problem with EzyTrac whatsoever.
When I decided to move on, lettings coordinator Sarah took me through all the steps of ending the tenancy, making for a smooth and easy transition.

During my last month at the property, when the property was put back of the market, a reasonable number of viewings were scheduled at sensible times. The agents showing the property were friendly and quick causing almost no inconvenience.

The inventory check-out was fair and the rent deposit was returned on time with reasonable pre-agreed deductions.
Overall, working with EzyTrac was a very positive experience and I reassure that moving to a property managed by them will result in a straight forward and peaceful tenancy.

Personable yet professional people

It's rare to find personable yet professional people in the industry, however Holly is just that. As a property maintenance and refurbishment company it is important for us to build good relationships with our clients and Holly is always on hand to help us with any issues that crop up and deals with them in a very efficient manner. Super friendly and helpful and we all love working with you Holly!

Far less stressful to be guided

Before we came into contact with Gladfish we already owned three properties in addition to our own home. We have learned that we were not working to any sort of plan but were hoping for the best and working through problems as they arose. Since working with Gladfish, we have now bought two buy-to-let properties with them. Importantly, we know where the money is coming from and where it is going to in advance. We find it far less stressful to be guided by the team that Brett has. My wife Fiona often remarks "if only we had found Gladfish sooner."

Gladfish offer researched, property investment opportunities across the UK. The team are knowledgeable and thoughtful whilst guiding buyers through the whole purchase process. Their Top 100 investment blog is a useful research resource where they offer property investment education articles and videos free.

They are amazing and knowledgeable

Truly inspirational. The team is available for chat and suggestions. The academy online is the place to go to have impartial news on property. They’ve also had a good deal all over the country to suit every specific circumstance. What I like the most of Gladfish strategy is the “set and forget” at the conditions it gets set right from the beginning. I would like to recommend Ryan as he is my main point of contact. They are amazing and knowledgeable.

I didn't feel pressured

Introduced to the team by Neelam, who was professional at the outset. I didn’t feel pressured. I was invited to their London office and got to meet the Associate Director Dan, who was fantastic in giving an overview of the property cycle ..... coming up with a clear strategy based on personal need and financial circumstances. Their upfront sourcing fee does seem expensive but it’s easily offset by the discounts and expertise they bring to the table. I found Gladfish as a professional outfit and worth my long trip from North to London and now find myself as a keenly interested property investor.

Helpful good service

I would like to say Sarah has been very helpful in helping me to get my deposit back from the landlord. She has been good at replying to emails.
