I’m not the only one to use the zig-zag principle!

Hey guys,

I've always talked about my zig-zag principle but I am of course not the only person in property investment to use it. In fact it's been used for hundreds of years.

The other day I was chatting with a client who is heavily into shares. John's a very wealthy guy who has worked full-time in the financial districts of London since he started as the office runner in the '40s. He said of my zig-zag principle “you may say “zig-zag” but I have always said you'll make a killing in shares if you're fearful when others are greedy and greedy when others are fearful.

As they like to say in Thailand – same same but different! Yup – it's a universal principle but it only works if you are educated, experienced and don't procrastinate.

So if you're ready to be greedy then call the team on +44 (0)207 923 6100 we'll show you the kind of property investment fundamentals you should be buying into right now.

Sick of your Property agent not responding, or truly managing the changes in the market going on right now then give us a call 01522503717 or www.ezytrac.co.uk

Live with passion,
Brett Alegre-Wood

PS. If you're reading this after July 2010 then check with us, it might just be time to be fearful. 🙂

We have a strategy for that as well!
