Investment News - Mortgage competition is returning to the market.
New lenders are using better models for lending, algorithms to access your risk on an individual basis rather than a blanket 'lending criteria' model. The recovery is now so far set in that all the news in the past few weeks has been positive.
Even the (almost certain) Grexit isn't really having an impact on things. Certainty returns to the market. I also look at the banks and why their outdated business model is failing and we are likely to see more and more layoffs of bank employees. Walk into any bank branch now and you will see the new automated business model.
