Low Interest Rates Are Here To Stay

Interest rates will not jump up anytime soon

Interest rates will stay low and will not likely to go up as the market would not be able to handle it. It will be low for quite some time.

The interest rates most of the predictions are that interest rates are going to stay low that they're not going to certainly in the next you know if you look you know out 10 years even 10 years that they're not going to jump up to like 15%  or 10% I don't think the market can handle that so i think low interest rates are here for quite some time yet all right.

It's a very different market in Scotland, it's a smaller market. There's some fundamental changes namely oil and gas with all the issues there and that I know Aberdeen and a few of those places house prices have dropped considerably. So, it depends on how that's reacted.
