I have tracked most experts over time, they are wrong most of the time. Be careful and do your due diligence.

Basically I talk about experts and I track experts over a number of years and what I've proved was that most experts are wrong most of the time. In other words they make a prediction this year and then next year they're wrong, the year after they're wrong. But we're naturally attuned right from the word go of kids to listen to the opinion of experts and really you know that can lead us into a lot of hot water.

Be careful what you're reading whether it be house prices dropping house prices going up actually in a lot of areas we've seen house prices do nothing you know they're still exactly where they were because a lot of people are dealing with the averages not the exacts and I think that's important you know
