Gladfish Referral Program
Our referral program is open to anyone.
Referral of a customer who buys a new build or off plan property from Gladfish: 1% inc VAT of the properties value or £1000 inc VAT whichever is the higher.
Referral of a customer who goes onto lend money through a developer loan note: An amount equivalent to 0.5%-1% inc VAT of the amount loaned.
Referral of a customer who has their property managed by Ezytrac Property Group: 3 months free management on a property of your choice or an amount equivalent to 3 months management.

Referrals are paid on the first purchase only. If you are a business or intend to professionally refer customers to the business then you can join our Referral Partner program.. 3
Referral payments will only be valid on purchases that occur within the first 12 months after the initial referral. 3
Payments are made within 14 days of receipt of funds from the developer or 14 days after exchange where customer paid an Agents Fee. A valid tax invoice will be required in order for referral to be paid.
