Introduced to the team by Neelam, who was professional at the outset. I didn’t feel pressured. I was invited to their London office and got to meet the Associate Director Dan, who was fantastic in giving an overview of the property cycle ..... coming up with a clear strategy based on personal need and financial circumstances. Their upfront sourcing fee does seem expensive but it’s easily offset by the discounts and expertise they bring to the table. I found Gladfish as a professional outfit and worth my long trip from North to London and now find myself as a keenly interested property investor.

You feel confident

I discovered Gladfish after watching some of Brett's investment videos on youtube and so far it has been a pleasure to work with Dan and James on getting started building up a portfolio. The service, knowledge and care they provide are second to none and they make you feel confident with all aspects of searching for investment and the purchase. I decided to go for property number two through them almost immediately after the first as it all went so smoothly the first time.

Successful in property development

We didn't like the idea of paying large up-front fees, nor of developing a portfolio so quickly, or indeed of paying £2000 for attending seminars on how to build up a successful portfolio. We came across Gladfish on the internet. There was something refreshingly different about Brett's philosophy. Instead of "the big sell", he was interested in developing the investor's knowledge of how to become successful in property development. Gladfish enables clients to develop their portfolio gradually and more importantly "cash flowed" to reduce possible problems at a later stage. Brett and the team have assisted us to develop a £1.4 million portfolio both here and in Spain and have assisted with any snags as they invariably crop up.

The team at Gladfish always go the extra mile for their clients. I had a headache with a third party and Ryan Rahnavard supported me throughout. He did most of the chasing for me. Gladfish is a great company headed up by Brett and I hope to be a client for many years to come! Ryan patiently helped me set up my company so that I can buy property under a company structure. There are always highs and lows when you build a portfolio and I feel completely supported by Ryan and the Gladfish team. Thank you all so much for getting me this far! 10 out of 10!

I have had a great experience with Ezytac. Everything was done promptly and professionally. I have been dealt with by Sophie who has been so helpful and friendly throughout and cannot do enough to help me, she even arranged for my flat to be cleaned as a gesture for a lack of communication on someone else's behalf!
