Successful in property development
We didn't like the idea of paying large up-front fees, nor of developing a portfolio so quickly, or indeed of paying £2000 for attending seminars on how to build up a successful portfolio. We came across Gladfish on the internet. There was something refreshingly different about Brett's philosophy. Instead of "the big sell", he was interested in developing the investor's knowledge of how to become successful in property development. Diligent kept in touch throughout the whole process
Sandie was very responsive from the outset and helpfully suggested ways in which we could perhaps unblock the sink/ pipes ourselves. In the end, this wasn't possible, and so Sandie arranged for a contractor to unblock the pipes and diligently kept in touch throughout the whole process. Sandie was very clear and her tone was professional from the word go. We were very happy with the service.

Smooth and seamless process
This was my first experience buying an off-plan property and that too as an ex-pat.
