Kimmerfields is Swindon’s £350 million flagship scheme that aims to create a new commercial heart for the town. It’s all part of a larger £750 million regeneration programme for Swindon which includes the £1.5 million Oasis Leisure Centre refurb with indoor ski slope and cycle track. Then there’s plans for the historic regeneration of the iconic Corn Exchange which may include residential units and a hotel.
That should give you confidence to invest too, particularly as house prices are under the national average right now. But they won’t stay that way for long; they rose by 6% in 2015 alone."

Successful in property development
We didn't like the idea of paying large up-front fees, nor of developing a portfolio so quickly, or indeed of paying £2000 for attending seminars on how to build up a successful portfolio.
