One of our favourite strategies is to get in early while the price is low while working with developers who operate an incremental price increase policy as they build. This means investors can see growth throughout the build.
Start with an Informal Chat Today?Nothing until you buy a property. We are a buyers agent and therefore look to get you the best price and effortlessly guide you through the process. Many properties we negotiate discounts off their values in these cases we may charge an Agents fee but many do not. We also will charge you to manage the property on an ongoing basis. All of these charges will be given to you before you make your decision.
In fact, as part of our commitment we prepare a Two Year Cash Flow Worksheet for every property you purchase, giving you a true picture of the likely cash flow during your first 2 years of ownership. Speak to the team about running through one of our cash flows.
It's this level of transparency that is missing from most Estate Agents who provide very light-on details.
Once you select a property and are happy to proceed you will be introduced to your dedicated Progression Manager who will organise the finance and conveyance for you. They can guide you and support you with the various forms that need to be filled out.
Closer to completion we will organise furniture and fittings and begin the marketing of the property so you have a tenant in the shortest possible time.
