Will UK House Prices Continue To Defy Gravity?

Things are bound to slow down, specially during the winter. Don't fall into the headline grabber stuff you see and read. 

The UK house price has seen the biggest jumps since 2016 to hit fresh high wow that's amazing news, but it won't last long says property experts and there are a few experts are saying this and that's fair enough. I love this defying economic reality. You know it's you know I think that's a headline grabber but well you know I'm always talking about headlines and that sort of stuff.

It's a very different market in Scotland, it's a smaller market. There's some fundamental changes namely oil and gas with all the issues there and that I know Aberdeen and a few of those places house prices have dropped considerably. So, it depends on how that's reacted.

The interesting thing is you know the guy that said that actually I agree with what he's saying. It's been great but it's not going to continue. I think things are bound to slow down, that's just what's going to happen. So you know don't rely on this to continue through the winter it never does things slow down now.

We've already seen Rightmove's enquiry starting to drop down, I think it's down seven percent you know so that will continue yeah that will continue all through the winter especially now that we've got you know harder locked down. We're not locked down sorry we shouldn't call it lockdown should we it's uh it's certainly not as bad as it was and i doubt they're going to go into another lockdown I think economically that might create problems for them.
