The Gladfish team have got to be the most efficient, competent and friendly team I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. My property consultant phones me on a regular basis to keep me current with any ongoing developments within the property market and any good property deals that maybe of interest. It is a level of service other companies must only dream of being able to deliver to their clients.

Excellent in managing

Ezytrac have been excellent managing the rentals on my London property . I cant think of one bad word to say against them over three and a half years they've managed it for me...they have made it effortless on my part and by far much cheaper than other agents . Also guidance through two recent property acquisitions Caroline whom liaisoned between me the developer and solicitors was extremely helpful saving me time and energy. I would really recommend Ezytrac for managing your property and rentals.

I can rely on

I have been working with Gladfish for years now, and I have to say, I have never looked back. I would recommend them to anyone, from first-time investors to seasoned investment professionals. I started off as a very nervous first-time buyer back in 2012, and over the last few years, their property consultant has helped me develop my confidence and knowledge in property investment by being a huge support. They are friendly, professional and approachable, but most importantly, passionate about what they do which is what I believe distinguishes Gladfish from other companies. Property Consultants always have time for their clients, on occasions, I have been known to call them up at 10 pm at night with questions about an upcoming property purchase! The whole of the Gladfish team seem client-focused, and they are also extremely well connected. From the day you become a client, all the hassles of property purchasing/investment get taken off your plate (if that’s what you want) and it just makes everything so much less stressful. I’m so glad to know I have a company I can rely on to buy my properties off for life.

Sends me updates on a regular basis even if I can't respond

Sharon is super helpful and goes out of her way to make things happen.
An example she has asked one of the Galliard staff to meet me this morning at 9 am on site outside of their normal days allocated to be there. I am always travelling and Sharon sends me updates on a regular basis even if I can't respond. Sharon has also put me in touch with a fab mortgage broker who is taking action. THANKS, SHARON!!

Always there when needed.

Olivia has been great, and did everything she could to help make things quicker and easier for me, always responded straight away to emails and calls so always there when needed.

Excellent service guidance through a property purchase

I have always had an excellent service from Ezytrac and my recent experience in the past few months leaves no disappointment...infant on the contrary because I have received a fantastic service from Esytrac. On the whole it was Caroline from the progression team whom processed, guided and liaised between me the broker and the solicitors to make my recent property purchase feel completely effortless on my part,and as it seemed like a long drawn out process my guess is there was a great deal more effort put in than i'm aware of.

Ezytrac really is an excellent property management company and stand out way above others I've used in the past.

Keep everything simple

Our circumstances were a bit different. I am Australian and Mike is English, our ideal lifestyle is to spend time in both countries. Gladfish helped us to be aware of our needs and mapped out a plan that involved building a portfolio large enough for Mike to leave work. I am happy to say that we have achieved this. The best thing about working with Gladfish is that they keep everything very simple but at the same time does not deviate from the principles. Brett himself supports and educates you through the emotional and financial aspects of portfolio building. Through this certainty, we have been able to secure a portfolio of 9 properties.

I didn't feel pressured

Introduced to the team by Neelam, who was professional at the outset. I didn’t feel pressured. I was invited to their London office and got to meet the Associate Director Dan, who was fantastic in giving an overview of the property cycle ..... coming up with a clear strategy based on personal need and financial circumstances. Their upfront sourcing fee does seem expensive but it’s easily offset by the discounts and expertise they bring to the table. I found Gladfish as a professional outfit and worth my long trip from North to London and now find myself as a keenly interested property investor.
