I can rely on

I have been working with Gladfish for years now, and I have to say, I have never looked back. I would recommend them to anyone, from first-time investors to seasoned investment professionals. I started off as a very nervous first-time buyer back in 2012, and over the last few years, their property consultant has helped me develop my confidence and knowledge in property investment by being a huge support. They are friendly, professional and approachable, but most importantly, passionate about what they do which is what I believe distinguishes Gladfish from other companies. Property Consultants always have time for their clients, on occasions, I have been known to call them up at 10 pm at night with questions about an upcoming property purchase! The whole of the Gladfish team seem client-focused, and they are also extremely well connected. From the day you become a client, all the hassles of property purchasing/investment get taken off your plate (if that’s what you want) and it just makes everything so much less stressful. Far less stressful to be guided

Before we came into contact with Gladfish we already owned three properties in addition to our own home. We have learned that we were not working to any sort of plan but were hoping for the best and working through problems as they arose. Since working with Gladfish, we have now bought two buy-to-let properties with them. Importantly, we know where the money is coming from and where it is going to in advance. We find it far less stressful to be guided by the team that Brett has. My wife Fiona often remarks "if only we had found Gladfish sooner."
