Well researched, attractive property investment opportunities

Gladfish offer well researched, attractive property investment opportunities across the UK, finding great yielding investment property with strong capital growth. The team were knowledgeable, thoughtful whilst guiding me through the whole purchase process. Their investment blog is a great help and their expertise evident as they offer a lot of property investment education for free.

Far less stressful to be guided

Before we came into contact with Gladfish we already owned three properties in addition to our own home. We have learned that we were not working to any sort of plan but were hoping for the best and working through problems as they arose. Since working with Gladfish, we have now bought two buy-to-let properties with them. Importantly, we know where the money is coming from and where it is going to in advance. We find it far less stressful to be guided by the team that Brett has. My wife Fiona often remarks "if only we had found Gladfish sooner."

Beyond our expectation

The information we received regarding our queries to invest in the UK, was outstanding and went beyond our expectation. The time spent over the phone to understand out requirements was more than enough for us to understand the nature of the investment. All emails were informative and the attachments were great. At any time during the process, Neelam was available to answer our queries until we were fully satisfied with the answers. This what we call an outstanding service.

Really happy with the service.

My intercom was not working and Holly worked tirelessly to get the relevant people/company to get it fixed. There was a very VERY long email trail us being passed from one person to another but eventually, Holly ensured the correct people for the job were finally contacted and set up the appointment immediately. Really really happy with the service.

Very professional service

Ryan was excellent, extremely helpful from start to finish with friendly and very professional service.

Keep everything simple

Our circumstances were a bit different. I am Australian and Mike is English, our ideal lifestyle is to spend time in both countries. Gladfish helped us to be aware of our needs and mapped out a plan that involved building a portfolio large enough for Mike to leave work. I am happy to say that we have achieved this. The best thing about working with Gladfish is that they keep everything very simple but at the same time does not deviate from the principles. Brett himself supports and educates you through the emotional and financial aspects of portfolio building. Through this certainty, we have been able to secure a portfolio of 9 properties.

Ezytrac worked tirelessly with all parties

We have recently completed the purchase of an off-plan apartment in London. This has been a long process and Caroline from Ezytrac Property Management has worked tirelessly with all parties throughout this time. This has been a long and sometimes stressful process, but Caroline has been there behind the scenes every step of the way.

Communicates regularly

Sharon is a great person to work with. She communicates regularly and has kept me informed of the progress of my property exchange/completion. Ezytrac is good at this and also at providing regular monthly statements, invoicing, and reporting for billing purposes. Makes my job easier as a landlord.

Excellent service guidance through a property purchase

I have always had an excellent service from Ezytrac and my recent experience in the past few months leaves no disappointment...infant on the contrary because I have received a fantastic service from Esytrac. On the whole it was Caroline from the progression team whom processed, guided and liaised between me the broker and the solicitors to make my recent property purchase feel completely effortless on my part,and as it seemed like a long drawn out process my guess is there was a great deal more effort put in than i'm aware of.

Ezytrac really is an excellent property management company and stand out way above others I've used in the past.

Smooth and seamless process

This was my first experience buying an off-plan property and that too as an ex-pat.
