Ryan Rahnavard, Associate Director of New Homes will be covering some of the key focus areas of 2021 and the impact regeneration has on property prices.

Since joining us in 2012, Ryan has guided clients through two of Europe's largest regeneration Projects and has seen first hand the gains that investors have made by getting involved in these locations from their early stages. 

Having lived through the good and the bad, not only through his own investments but also those recommended to clients, it is safe to say he has gained a wealth of knowledge when it comes to Property Investment.

He is now further growing his experience in Property by heading up our new side of the business, Gladfish Connect, which deals with alternative investments, such as Crowd Funding and most importantly developing our own Projects. He is essentially our man on the ground, getting down and dirty on a building site, but always keeps a suit ready to meet clients.
