We have been working with Ezytrac for several years, the property management team is efficient and quick to authorise works on behalf of landlords and tenants.

Sends me updates on a regular basis even if I can't respond

Sharon is super helpful and goes out of her way to make things happen.
An example she has asked one of the Galliard staff to meet me this morning at 9 am on site outside of their normal days allocated to be there. I am always travelling and Sharon sends me updates on a regular basis even if I can't respond. Sharon has also put me in touch with a fab mortgage broker who is taking action. THANKS, SHARON!!
