I have been liasing with Holly over a number of flats she manages within our estate, she has been extremely helpful, efficient at resolving issues quickly and arranging access within a matter of minutes to flats I required access to for a leak. A prompt experience and a delight to work with.

My intercom was not working and Holly worked tirelessly to get the relevant people/company to get it fixed. There was a very VERY long email trail us being passed from one person to another but eventually, Holly ensured the correct people for the job were finally contacted and set up the appointment immediately. Really really happy with the service.
