We didn't like the idea of paying large up-front fees, nor of developing a portfolio so quickly, or indeed of paying £2000 for attending seminars on how to build up a successful portfolio. Instead of "the big sell", he was interested in developing the investor's knowledge of how to become successful in property development. Gladfish enables clients to develop their portfolio gradually and more importantly "cash flowed" to reduce possible problems at a later stage. Brett and the team have assisted us to develop a £1.4 million portfolio both here and in Spain and have assisted with any snags as they invariably crop up.

Sandie was very responsive from the outset and helpfully suggested ways in which we could perhaps unblock the sink/ pipes ourselves. In the end, this wasn't possible, and so Sandie arranged for a contractor to unblock the pipes and diligently kept in touch throughout the whole process. Sandie was very clear and her tone was professional from the word go. We were very happy with the service.
