We ensure a seamless handover from your Estate Agent or Consultant. A dedicated Sales Progression professional will then hold your hand and guide you through the entire buying process. They will chase updates, ensure timelines are met and provide regular feedback to you.
Solicitors referral and conveyance management
Your Progression Manager will organise a referral and instruction with an experienced solicitor who will ensure that the legal conveyance is undertaken correctly to protect your interests, inform you of potential risks and coordinate with your mortgage company and developer/vendor.
As part of the service, the team will progress and receive updates from your solicitor and arrange anything that is required.
Development & Market Updates
Keeping you up-to-date before you have to come to our team is the goal. So we provide detailed regular updates throughout the process including regular emails about the local market, news and photos/videos of our site visits.
