Solicitors referral and conveyance management
Your Progression Manager will organise a referral and instruction with an experienced solicitor who will ensure that the legal conveyance is undertaken correctly to protect your interests, inform you of potential risks and coordinate with your mortgage company and developer/vendor.
As part of the service, the team will progress and receive updates from your solicitor and arrange anything that is required.

Our circumstances were a bit different. I am Australian and Mike is English, our ideal lifestyle is to spend time in both countries.
