Our Developer partners build across the UK so we can source in any area although primarily Britain and our preference is in the best areas of London, Manchester and Birmingham. Our speciality is targeting properties in the best areas and those undergoing massive regeneration.
Whilst our website has many developments on it we also have a variety of off market private options which developer's wish to keep totally off market, these could be units they want to see outside their usual marketing channels.

Nothing until you buy a property. We are a buyers agent and therefore look to get you the best price and effortlessly guide you through the process. Many properties we negotiate discounts off their values in these cases we may charge an Agents fee but many do not. We also will charge you to manage the property on an ongoing basis. All of these charges will be given to you before you make your decision.
In fact, as part of our commitment we prepare a Two Year Cash Flow Worksheet for every property you purchase, giving you a true picture of the likely cash flow during your first 2 years of ownership. Speak to the team about running through one of our cash flows.
It's this level of transparency that is missing from most Estate Agents who provide very light-on details.
Once you select a property and are happy to proceed you will be introduced to your dedicated Progression Manager who will organise the finance and conveyance for you. They can guide you and support you with the various forms that need to be filled out.
Closer to completion we will organise furniture and fittings and begin the marketing of the property so you have a tenant in the shortest possible time.
Whatever stage you are at and what the question you have we have team that can answer your questions, allay your fears and deal with those emotional and frustrating moments where things seem to go wrong (they do happen).

When I moved to Baroque Gardens in August 2016, I expected to be in for a rough ride.
The agent responsible for the initial part of the rental process was Crest Residential and they took a long time to sort each step from the offer to the signature of the agreement, making for a very stressful move.
As soon as Ezytrac took over, though, everything was dealt with utmost efficiency and professionalism.
During the first part of my tenancy, property coordinator Machaela was my first point of contact at EzyTrac, who handled my initial questions always answering to my e-mails promptly and politely.
I stayed almost two years in that property and during that time I never had any problem with EzyTrac whatsoever.
When I decided to move on, lettings coordinator Sarah took me through all the steps of ending the tenancy, making for a smooth and easy transition.
During my last month at the property, when the property was put back of the market, a reasonable number of viewings were scheduled at sensible times. The agents showing the property were friendly and quick causing almost no inconvenience.
The inventory check-out was fair and the rent deposit was returned on time with reasonable pre-agreed deductions.
Overall, working with EzyTrac was a very positive experience and I reassure that moving to a property managed by them will result in a straight forward and peaceful tenancy.

I started working with Gladfish in April-2016. I was allocated Ryan as the account manager. He is absolutely brilliant. I was looking for someone that I could trust to give me the correct advise and help me fast track into property investment. Ryan excelled at this. Personable yet professional people
It's rare to find personable yet professional people in the industry, however Holly is just that. As a property maintenance and refurbishment company it is important for us to build good relationships with our clients and Holly is always on hand to help us with any issues that crop up and deals with them in a very efficient manner.
