We didn't like the idea of paying large up-front fees, nor of developing a portfolio so quickly, or indeed of paying £2000 for attending seminars on how to build up a successful portfolio. We came across Gladfish on the internet. There was something refreshingly different about Brett's philosophy. Instead of "the big sell", he was interested in developing the investor's knowledge of how to become successful in property development. Gladfish enables clients to develop their portfolio gradually and more importantly "cash flowed" to reduce possible problems at a later stage. Brett and the team have assisted us to develop a £1.4 million portfolio both here and in Spain and have assisted with any snags as they invariably crop up.
