My Role at Gladfish
Manny started at Gladfish in 2008 and started property investing for himself in 2009.
Over the last decade, he has helped hundreds of clients start and or expand on their property investment portfolios.
My role with clients starts with having a conversation, either through initial contact via social media, emails, phone call or face to face contact.
With each client I work with I initially like to identify and get clear on what a client wants to achieve from their property investment portfolio, be it increased lifestyle options, setting up their retirement, having asset they can pass on to their kids, helping kids onto the property ladder in the future e.t.c.
My process involves putting realistic numbers to these goals and then coming up with a step by step plan with strategies based on market conditions to help them achieve their chosen objectives.
Gladfish offer researched, property investment opportunities across the UK. The team are knowledgeable and thoughtful whilst guiding buyers through the whole purchase process. Their Top 100 investment blog is a useful research resource where they offer property investment education articles and videos free.
