Excellent in managing

Ezytrac have been excellent managing the rentals on my London property . I cant think of one bad word to say against them over three and a half years they've managed it for me...they have made it effortless on my part and by far much cheaper than other agents . Keep everything simple

Our circumstances were a bit different. I am Australian and Mike is English, our ideal lifestyle is to spend time in both countries. Gladfish helped us to be aware of our needs and mapped out a plan that involved building a portfolio large enough for Mike to leave work. I am happy to say that we have achieved this. The best thing about working with Gladfish is that they keep everything very simple but at the same time does not deviate from the principles. Excellent service guidance through a property purchase

I have always had an excellent service from Ezytrac and my recent experience in the past few months leaves no disappointment...infant on the contrary because I have received a fantastic service from Esytrac. On the whole it was Caroline from the progression team whom processed, guided and liaised between me the broker and the solicitors to make my recent property purchase feel completely effortless on my part,and as it seemed like a long drawn out process my guess is there was a great deal more effort put in than i'm aware of.

Ezytrac really is an excellent property management company and stand out way above others I've used in the past.

Wish I kick started working with them earlier

I started working with Gladfish in April-2016. I was allocated Ryan as the account manager. He is absolutely brilliant. I was looking for someone that I could trust to give me the correct advise and help me fast track into property investment. Ryan excelled at this.
