UK Landlords are taking a huge hit from the government regulations 

I have been tracking CEBR (The Centre for Economics and Business Research) for ages and I find that most of the time they're wrong more than they're right and they are trying to get column inches then giving a really good advise.

Lettings of management now ladies and management there's so much been happening now and actually I feel sorry for landlords right now because you know what for about the last five years we've had tax changes we've had more compliance we've had effectively the government say you know you know we get lost we don't really care about you we're not even going to talk about you.

But what it has started to do and the positive thing that I think is coming out of this is we're starting to get landlord lobbying groups. And it's not just landlords, agents, landlords lobbying groups against tenant lobbying groups your generation rents and things like that. And I think the thing is really as we start to get more of a voice then we'll start to get heard more and we'll start to get more things. Because right now what's going on is that you know nothing short of criminal.

To be fair the way they're treating landlords it's almost like oh yeah they can afford to have a tenant who's not paying for you know six months you know rent you know I mean they just don't have any a total disregard it's almost like if you save up and you work your ass off so you can actually buy a property well screw you because we've got these tenants and there's more of them so we'll pander to their you know their whims you know which just is you know you know for me absolute crap.
