A neophyte in the property business like me would be confounded by the maze of documents and processes involved in a typical transaction. However, you can always count on the resilience and competence of the Gladfish Team, especially the duo of Caroline and Neelam, to sort you out. Diligent, efficient, dogged and reliable. They are a wonderful bunch.

Reached 1M pounds mark in my portfolio

Brett's and his team's knowledge of investing in property has been very impressive, as well as eye-opening. They got me into a new way of thinking, I now think differently from what I did last year. My knowledge has vastly grown in working with them. I don't think of Brett as a Property Consultant. I think of him more as a friend who I can trust to look after my interests. As for results well, I've almost reached the million pounds mark in my portfolio, not bad for a couple from Glasgow.

Wish I kick started working with them earlier

I started working with Gladfish in April-2016. I was allocated Ryan as the account manager. He is absolutely brilliant. I was looking for someone that I could trust to give me the correct advise and help me fast track into property investment. Ryan excelled at this. He was also very accommodating of my working hours, and we've had several calls after 8 pm. I have no regrets working with Gladfish. I only wish I kick-started working with them earlier.

Sends me updates on a regular basis even if I can't respond

Sharon is super helpful and goes out of her way to make things happen.
An example she has asked one of the Galliard staff to meet me this morning at 9 am on site outside of their normal days allocated to be there. I am always travelling and Sharon sends me updates on a regular basis even if I can't respond. Sharon has also put me in touch with a fab mortgage broker who is taking action. THANKS, SHARON!!

My property consultant has been very helpful and understanding of the difficult circumstances surrounding my ability to even make time to talk. He has struck a very good balance between assisting without being too intrusive. From what I have witnessed Gladfish deserves its success. Your success is my success!
