Being less than 30 miles from Stansted Airport and 20 miles from the passenger ferry port of Harwich, it also has great access to the rest of East Anglia, making it a popular place to live and work. So there is always a high demand for rental properties here. Firstsite is the new centre for the visual arts opened in September 2011 costing £25.5 million. That means Colchester property investment is ideal for you if you're looking for a commuter belt property.
