Bust banks & off plan boom

It's week two of my 'recovery special' and in this investment news I've put together a special presentation which helps explain how banks went bust and got into the trouble they're in today.

First up though, we're going to take a quick look at the upcoming off plan property boom and how you can take advantage of it to set yourself up for life. We'll also be looking at the AIG over in America and h ow a drop in market confidence is creating opportunity for property investors since its keeping prices low and competition at bay.

Also, as part of the recovery special I take a look at why banks still aren't lending. To help you understand better, I'll delve a little more into the mechanics of what's happening with the banks' balance sheets.

My thoughts for the week? I believe that now's the time to position yourself to make massive gains in the market. It won't be long till banks start lending again, and for demand to pick up and overwhelm supply. Those acting now will capitalise on one of the biggest opportunities we'll see in this lifetime.

If you have any questions or want some help with planning a strategy to take advantage of the market then give the team a call on +44 (0)207 923 610
