UK House Price Crash, Is It Real Or Just A Clickbait?

Go into any youtube channel and what you will see is hundreds of videos about house price crashes in 2021, are they real or are they just going for headlines. Is it click bait as we call it in the industry. Obviously I’m doing videos on a daily basis now and you know we are really starting to get into the detail now. So you get professionals doing the various things that you need and you focus on living the life that you want, the career or whatever. If you don’t have the time to go and do it yourself but you know you need to do it. Let's face it we all need to build a portfolio, we need to build a portfolio of properties in order to self fund our retirement and that is critical right now but not just self fund retirement it could also be to create the lifestyle that we want, pay for the kids education and all the things that we want to do with our lives and property can give that to you. So let’s go on a journey and I will teach you how to do all that effortlessly. Let’s see the house price crash. I thought this is quite interesting because obviously we’re focusing a lot on our youtube channel right now and I’m just getting all the descriptions right and the tags, all the algorithm stuff, you know it’s fun and games. What I keep finding out, what I keep seeing is these sort of headlines, this is just 12 headlines: Housing Market 2021 Crash, Real Estate 2021 What to Expect, 2020 500,00 vs 2021 250,000, Great Property House Crash 2021 explained etc and it just goes on and on. You sort of sit there and go, really? Is it that serious? You realise that a lot of these guys are predicting a crash because actually as humans we love, prefer pain more than pleasure. And I have been saying this too many times in the last few weeks but it is, it’s amazing how much negativity there is. When you look at the top 20 listings, you’ve got 16 of them are negative headlines and unfortunately negative headlines sell, I’ve been trying a few of the negative headlines myself and the unfortunate thing is they work. More people watch those videos, so you might hear some more negative from me, unlikely. Is there going to be a House Price Crash in 2021? I don’t think so, and most established economists aren't talking about a massive crash in 2021. I think what I will do is I will take these videos people are doing now, predicting and this is in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 now 2021 predicting the crash and we’ll see if we actually get a crash. You know I will go through and pick the top 20 youtubers and just see actually what happens with it.  It’s going to be like the book that I wrote which is How to Predict House Prices which you can get on my website, basically I went through and worked out that most experts are wrong most of the time, I’ve said it many times and unfortunately that is pretty much how things are right now. So, look guys, enough of that, 2021 we’ll see what happens certainly right now in the UK. It still looks like there are enough demands, still looks like Richi’s going to be providing more funding which will sustain it. And actually things are pretty damn good actually considering. The second lockdown hasn't dropped as far as people thought and there’s a clear way out, we are doing the tiered things, the medicine’s better, the vaccine’s are on the way, all these sorts of things which potentially we get back on to it. If there isn’t any questions, I want to thank you very much.
