Communicates regularly

Sharon is a great person to work with. She communicates regularly and has kept me informed of the progress of my property exchange/completion. Ezytrac is good at this and also at providing regular monthly statements, invoicing, and reporting for billing purposes. Makes my job easier as a landlord.

Best options to invest in property

Gladfish team explained the best options for me to invest in property, helped me to set up my property investment strategy plan. They do everything for me and I don't need to give up my full-time job. With Gladfish, my properties are now generating very healthy rent income. The capital gain on two of my properties is more than 20%. I am very glad that I have chosen Gladfish as my property investment agent.

The product and service that are offered are clear. The processes are too slick to believe sometimes. Advice is given as and when needed to ensure you are comfortable with the developments as they happen. My property consultant knew my needs even before I did!
