We didn't like the idea of paying large up-front fees, nor of developing a portfolio so quickly, or indeed of paying £2000 for attending seminars on how to build up a successful portfolio. Instead of "the big sell", he was interested in developing the investor's knowledge of how to become successful in property development. Gladfish enables clients to develop their portfolio gradually and more importantly "cash flowed" to reduce possible problems at a later stage.
