One of the things we do , the UK property investment strategy and this is just, you know, there's a whole range of finer details that we can get into. And you know, it's beyond the scope of this, but I just want to give you one

We don't buy where poor people live, we don't buy when rich people live. Yeah, we don't want the palaces, but we also don't want the dumps. Yeah, we want where the average person on the every person lives on the average wage in the average area. So whatever that area is, we're looking for that every person house, we're not going for the six bedroom mansion. We're also not going for the you know, the council house estate, that type of things.

Okay why, because that is where the highest portion of the population resides. Now, some people may argue that actually more people skew towards the poor end. Well, you know, we can talk about that later. But, but now we're going for the highest portion of population by our lives, okay, and earned. And the reason we do that is because that creates the biggest demand for our property. Okay. So when we want to sell, there's somebody who wants to buy, when we want to rent, there's somebody who wants to rent, okay?

And that's how we can guarantee things like, you know, renting within six weeks and all this sort of stuff that we stick there, you buy where rich people live, then all of a sudden, you may one person may move out, there's not a big population to find someone to move in. And they may not like in something about your property. Yeah, poor people, you know, they have struggled paying the rent, you know, as the market goes up and down, they struggle so we try not to go there. Alright, simple UK property investment strategy like that. So you can see, what we're trying to build is these layers upon layers upon layers upon layers, which give you certainty, give you enough detail and mitigate the risks for you.
