Investment News: UK Election 2015 – What it means for investors!

Investment news, so it's a big sigh of relief with the Conservatives winning a majority of the seats and claiming outright victory.

Labour and the Lib Dems crashed and the Scottish National Party have done something I have rarely seen - united a country, Scotland now has one voice and one party.

So what does the election mean for property investors?

Will it be all its made out to be or was it all a rouse to gain government? In this video Brett will explain the important bits of the Conservative Manifesto.

More jobs, more focus on the Midlands and the North, less welfare, more homes for first-time buyers and Right to Buy for council tenants, and finally raising the inheritance tax threshold to £1 million. Altogether a good plan and one that is likely to work well.
