But with so many inexperienced investors jumping on the bandwagon without the necessary framework for investing, the necessary knowledge of the rules that apply to the game and the network of trusted advisors to keep them out of harm’s way, it’s becoming a slaughterhouse.
Real estate crowdfunding has the promise of allowing the ‘every person’ access to deals often thought to be reserved for the wealthy and elite. The truth in the name may have changed, but the game is the same.
