Successful in property development
We didn't like the idea of paying large up-front fees, nor of developing a portfolio so quickly, or indeed of paying £2000 for attending seminars on how to build up a successful portfolio. We came across Gladfish on the internet. There was something refreshingly different about Brett's philosophy. Instead of "the big sell", he was interested in developing the investor's knowledge of how to become successful in property development. Far less stressful to be guided
Before we came into contact with Gladfish we already owned three properties in addition to our own home.
